Team#1

• 2 scale models of Ryerson and OCAD
• Projection of model at OCAD and Model at Ryerson in alternate spaces
• imitating scale model of production pieces in each model through the projections
• physical representations of the projects and events, the projections will be to show the events at Ryerson or at OCAD in the models
• how to make the links between the spaces?
• webcams will be used
• WHERE’s the Networking? Art Project of the piece?
• build things in real time via this project – build a replica of the opposing site via the webcam
• COLLABORATIVE MODEL BUILDING PERFORMANCE

Team #2 – “Winsin Machos”

• model of the UN, instead of countries, use planets and celestial objects
• at OCAD planets get closer to the sun and they get lighter and brighter
• at Ryerson a ticker tape references the actions happening, but can’t be helped
• how to build ticker tape? – mores code? holes in paper? heat sensitive receipt paper?
• WHY THE UN? WHAT’s THE CONCEPT?
• will planets have Vito power?

Team #3 – “Team Running Pencil”

• number of miles of lead in a pencil -35 miles
• concept of numbers, distances, and letters
• who does imperial measures affect?
o dundas square, native reserve
• piece at Ryerson, and at OCAD
o 5 foot squares
o draw in the square until the lead runs out
o write the treaty until the lead runs out
• what does it mean to use the pencil? vs. written in ink
• rewrite with the participants may happen
• how does one affect the other on the sites?
• what is the network?
