We tried a whole bunch of stuff so please bare with us here.

I think I like the string better than the tape. I especially like how it looks in the 6th picture. Did you try other ways to hold the string? Also did you try the tape on the floor? How long did the string take to put up?

I also think string worked as the best material...although I am always a fan of the fishing wire

We're testing out the tape to see if it will stick after a few hours, then we'll talk to Don,
and then we'll see the different variations!

we have tentatively decided on the tape on the floor.

It would be a colour per space, and most likely 5 lines fairly close together.

We are still deciding on the placement of this guiding lines (i.e. the center or on the sides on the halls), and whether or not it would be a continuous line or chunked (i.e. the lines going for 5 feet then a space then 5 more feet of lines etc).

We are hoping to finalize this all on thursday

Hey guys,
So I went today to check out the balloon situation at Party Packagers. There is a HUGE variety of colours and shades of each (Ex. School bus yellow vs. lemon yellow). I don't think there will be a problem getting a different colour to represent each label.

A package of 10 balloons of one colour is $1.50.

Are you planning to buy packages of balloons and then have them filled with helium? Or can they just fill single balloons so there's more of a colour variety?
